These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AdJobs ("AdJobs", "we", "us", or "our") and our website and services (the "Service"). By using AdJobs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What AdJobs is

AdJobs is a job board focused on the advertising and direct response industry. It connects people who want to hire with talent such as video editors, media buyers, and copywriters. AdJobs is a platform: we provide the space to post roles, create profiles, and message each other. We are not a party to any agreement, hiring, or payment between users.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use AdJobs. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You sign in using Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your access secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

When using AdJobs, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Post job listings that are scams, or that you do not genuinely intend to fill.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Post content that infringes someone else's rights, including intellectual property.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape, or misuse the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove content, and suspend or ban accounts, that violate these Terms or that we consider harmful to the community, at our discretion.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post (profiles, job listings, messages). By posting, you grant AdJobs a license to host, display, and share that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your profile and listings to other users). You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

Interactions between users

AdJobs helps people connect, but we do not verify users, vet job listings, or guarantee the conduct, quality, or reliability of any user. Any hiring, agreement, payment, or work arrangement is strictly between the users involved. You interact with other users at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own decisions. We encourage you to use good judgment.

Fees

AdJobs is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will make the terms clear before you are charged.

Service availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do our best to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your needs, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any user or listing is legitimate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdJobs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service, your interactions with other users, or any hiring or work arrangement made through the Service.

Termination

You may stop using AdJobs at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
